A Certified Travel Associate and proud member of ASTA, Marita is also recognized as a Signature Travel Expert under the prestigious Signature Travel Network.

Xepney Pearl Flores is a Virtual Assistant at Golden Pearl Travel.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Mass Communications and has over 10 years of experience in customer service. She has handled both telecommunications and banking accounts, which trained her to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and manage a wide range of customer concerns. She also has experience in case management, keeping processes organized, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. In her previous role, she managed social media platforms, engaging with customers and helping build a strong and responsive online presence.
At Golden Pearl Travels, she focuses on strengthening the company’s digital presence through social media and email marketing. She manages and maintains the platforms, creates and shares content, and engages with the audience to keep the brand active and visible. She also handles email marketing efforts to communicate with clients, share updates, and promote travel offers.
In addition, she manages administrative responsibilities to ensure operations remain organized and compliant. She keeps records up to date, monitors requirements, and helps ensure day-to-day tasks are properly handled.
Her role supports both the digital and administrative side of the business, allowing Ma’am Marita to focus on growing the company and serving clients. She takes pride in being organized, reliable, and consistent in delivering efficient support every day.
